Property owners are expected to honor and promptly confirm bookings received through Alibag Nest. If three (3) or more booking requests are repeatedly not accepted, not honored, or cancelled due to the property owner’s fault (including non-response, refusal after availability display, overbooking, or operational negligence), Alibag Nest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

The Website and all content/services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
