Booking Confirmation / बुकिंगची पुष्टी

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. • Remaining payment must be completed before or at the time of Check-In. • If you wish to use the kitchen for self-cooking, including gas and utensils, charges are Rs. 1,500 per day. • The kitchen usage charges must be paid at the time of check-in. ---------- • Advance Payment मिळाल्यानंतरच Booking Confirm मानली जाईल. • उर्वरित Payment Check-In पूर्वी किंवा Check-In च्या वेळी पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे. • स्वतः स्वयंपाक करण्यासाठी गॅस व भांडीसह किचन वापरायचे असल्यास शुल्क रु. 1,500 प्रति दिवस आहे. • किचन वापर शुल्क चेक-इनच्या वेळी भरावे लागेल.

Booking & ID Rules / बुकिंग व ओळखपत्र नियम

• Valid Government ID is mandatory for all guests (Physical or Digital). • Minimum booking age policy must be followed. ---------- • सर्व पाहुण्यांसाठी वैध शासकीय ओळखपत्र (हार्ड कॉपी किंवा डिजिटल) अनिवार्य आहे. • किमान बुकिंग वयाच्या नियमांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे.

Security Deposit / सिक्युरिटी डिपॉझिट

A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of Check In. The amount will be refunded at Check Out after verification of the property and its belongings, provided no damage or loss is found. ---------- चेक-इनच्या वेळी परत मिळणारी सिक्युरिटी डिपॉझिट रक्कम घेतली जाऊ शकते. प्रॉपर्टी व त्यातील वस्तूंची तपासणी केल्यानंतर कोणतेही नुकसान किंवा वस्तूंची कमतरता आढळली नाही तर ही रक्कम चेक-आउटच्या वेळी परत केली जाईल.

Noise & Music Policy / आवाज व संगीत नियम

• Loud Music, Speakers and DJ are not allowed after the designated time. • If any complaint is received, the management may ask guests to stop the music immediately. ---------- • ठरवून दिलेल्या वेळेनंतर मोठ्या आवाजातील Music, Speakers आणि DJ ला परवानगी नाही. • कोणतीही तक्रार प्राप्त झाल्यास, व्यवस्थापन पाहुण्यांना संगीत त्वरित बंद करण्यास सांगू शकते.

Cleanliness & Damages / स्वच्छता व नुकसान

• Please keep the property clean. • Any damage to the property or its items will be chargeable. • Please use the dustbins properly. ---------- • कृपया प्रॉपर्टी स्वच्छ ठेवा. • प्रॉपर्टी किंवा त्यातील वस्तूंचे नुकसान झाल्यास शुल्क आकारले जाईल. • कृपया डस्टबिनचा योग्य वापर करा.
